How Klarna Works
Klarna lets you spread the cost of an order, or pay a little later, without paying more than the price on the tag. You choose at checkout.
How it works
- Shop as normal. Add what you want to your bag and go to checkout.
- Choose Klarna. It sits alongside card and the other payment options, and you’ll see the plans available to you before you commit.
- Klarna pays us, you pay Klarna. Your order is confirmed and ships as normal. Klarna handles the rest.
What it costs
Nothing extra from us. The price on the product page is the price of the order.
Klarna sets its own terms, including anything that applies to a late or missed payment. Those terms are shown to you before you agree, and the current ones are always on klarna.com. Please read them — we deliberately don’t restate them here, because they’re Klarna’s to set and they change.
Klarna decides who is eligible. Approval isn’t guaranteed, and it’s their decision rather than ours.
Returns and refunds
Send something back and your Klarna plan adjusts once we’ve processed the return. If you’ve already paid an instalment, Klarna refunds you directly.
One thing worth knowing: keep paying your plan until Klarna confirms the change. Posting a parcel back doesn’t pause it on its own.

- About your order — where it is, how to return it, anything about the jewellery itself: that’s us. Get in touch and we’ll sort it.
- About your payments — dates, amounts, changing a plan: that’s Klarna, through the Klarna app or klarna.com.
Klarna is a separate company and handles the payment itself. Veneris & Co never sees or stores your card or bank details.
